Technology brief

The one-step methanol aromatization technology developed by Luoyang Kechuang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. uses fixed bed process to produce gasoline. Under the special catalyst and suitable process conditions, methanol will undergo cracking, aromatization and other reactions. The product is a hydrocarbon with carbon atom number mainly between C5 and C10, which conforms to the basic composition of gasoline fraction and can be used as a blending component of high octane gasoline. This technology provides a new technical route for chemical enterprises to produce high quality gasoline.

  Catalyst characteristics

  The catalyst has good reactivity, gasoline selectivity and strong carbon deposition resistance, and has a long one-way operation cycle. Gasoline products have the characteristics of low olefin content (5-15%), low benzene content (< 1.0%), sulfur-free and so on. The octane number of gasoline is more than 93 (RON). It can replace imported catalyst of the same type.
